I do think MM。songs are a bit too high though. Something in a lower key would be cool.

I have to say Help Me!! was WAY too high for any of the girls aside from Reina.

I shiver every time I hear Mizuki's solo line. She's trying SO HARD to reach it and - it just is not happening.

i agree with that.. people focus on Riho but Mizuki's live singing of her line has sounded consistently worse than Riho's. perhaps people are more forgiving of her because they are not tired of her voice yet, or because she has not gotten as much practice but... i don't remember people giving Riho that leeway when she was new and given important lines.

For me, I think I've only heard Mizuki mess up her line badly once? But even so, her voice is more pleasant on the ears, I think.

I think it was more they saw her as the new Aichan, completely dominating the lines without Ai's skill and didn't want it.

Yep I can only remember one instance where she struggled in her lines live from all the footage we've got and it's on one of the Viva/Bravor earlier Help Me!'s performances. Riho too for that matter, she only messed up badly on the Joshikai NHK Osaka concert, which is also Help Me!'s very first live performance.

I like that we've great standards for MM front girls since Takahashi era, but give them some credit guys

She had a cold that time though, didn't she? I know she wrote about it in her blog and I want to remember her saying she had a cold.
