I didn't realize that even though RihoRiho is in Peaberry (and subsequently being the first Satoyama group to have a major debut), she's never actually been out to the farm or anything...

Why would being in Satoyama a lot or not, have anything to do at all to have a major release?
"Oh, you've been on the (green) field a lot, so I believe it's time for you to have a proper release!"
Nah, it doesn't work that way.
Being on Satoyama and appearing on TV, is a job. Having a musical release about it, while related, is another job. And it depends on several factors. The main being potential sellers.
Maasa wouldn't sell. Riho can... simple as that.
