Can someone give me translations for these?

1. "Watashi, Choito Kawaii Urabanchou" (私、ちょいとカワイイ裏番長)
2. "Yuki ni Negai wo Ver." (雪に願いを。Ver.).

And does anyone have credits for "Samui" and "Urabanchou"?
