Not really. You're overcorrecting, maybe? Hime-sama is perfectly ok. Probably more common, even, is "ohimesama," which by your reckoning is a triple honorific. More common, I mean, in mangaland. Nobody in real life is seriously called 「ＯＯＯ姫（さま）」 the title doesn't exist any more as a real world honorific, any more than princess exists as a real world honorific in the USA.

Lol, don't take my word for it either! But according to wikipedia, a real live imperial princess is generally referred to as "Oujo." There's also this page, which one can take with a grain of salt, I suppose.
