Anyway, I'll give you a summary just in case:

She's the famous (among H!P wota, so us) (and don't tell me you've never heard of this name) Miyamoto Karin.

She's a talented, very cute and shy girl. And most fans wonder what will Tsunku do with her... She's a diamond in the rough (not that rough actually), so many fans believe her talent is being wasted.

There's been lots of outrage she didn't make S/mileage nor MM (she did release some solo songs for an anime though), so many other fans get annoyed by this other fans' complaining and just hate Karin for it

sure, I've heard her name, but since I barely (read never) pay attention to eggs, so I don't know who is who. exept mogi, but that creature is unique
and yeah, I remember all that "PUT KARIN IN MM" and "HELL NO SHE DOESN'T DESERVE IT" posts since very beginning of every audition. it's become crazy tradition it seems %)))

Another thing about Miyamoto Karin is that she has been doing the lead role for an kids anime for a couple of years now. Fortunately the anime is not about some girl who becomes an idol in spite of the fact that she is tone deaf, so don't worry about Kirarin comparisons ...

It's like a talk show, about girly things, with an animated host (the guests on the show are all real people, etc). Unless they completely revamped it from the last time I watched.
