To me it sounds a bit like... "Memory seishun no hikari" meets "Jama shinaide here we go" or something. I love it. It's so dark and slow and just NOT recent H!P.

Yeah, I'm 100% in love. That little title line right after the dance break is so hgggnng. I love the moody lyrics, too. "He's such an asshole, I'm so dumb, he's such an asshole...but I can't forget him' xD Moody is my type of song anyway, but damn. The dancing is amazing. The MV in particular, wow, I love when a video can focus more on an aesthetic or a "story" and have more scenes dedicated to that, rather than dance shot, close up, dance shot, close up. It's so rewatchable.
