Akari's expression in Limited D is priceless, like "what the heck is this?!". I'm actually loving Regular B, it's so colorful and fun.

These covers are a big photoshop disastuh. Like they let the interns be responsible for these or something. White text on a light blue background?! And some of these font choices really make it seem like we whipped these up ourselves. Limited B & D, and Regular B are the only ones that feel like they've got some potential. Like they're decent rough drafts of a final polished product.

Damn, the girls really weren't kidding when they were talking about H!P having a system where certain groups get shafted in order to promote other groups more. And this time around, JuJu got the short end of H!P promo.

IIRC Berryz a while back were on a show where they talked about how sometimes they'd be told that they'd be taking the backseat so that Morning Musume or etc. could be promoted more. It was supposed to be a funny, but truthful bit.

I love the covers! There's a bit of a 70s feel to them, which works because iirc, Ça va ?² is supposed to be 70s-inspired.

As for the J=J covers...

There are slight issues with readabilty on Lt. A, but the design work is actually really nice, and the colors balanced nicely among the blues and whites. I love the font work on Ça va? Ça va's title, and it especially works well on Lt. D. Regular B is a little bit busy color wise, but I like a lot of the design work there as well. It's very interesting for the eye and something different. Regular A is the one I dislike the most, but that's mostly because they're all standing the exact same way and it terrifies me a bit. Overall, though, these are average, leaning on the better side in my opinion. After years of really bad jacket designs, this is far from evidence that J=J isn't getting as nice of treatment.
