I think the answer depends on how you feel about shipping.

The non-shippers will say that Eripon is holding her hand a few inches in front of Sakura's chest so they can do a fake fan service picture.

Shippers will say of course.

Hard core shippers will make some sort of comment combining Oda Sakura's name with a nick name for female breasts.

I think that length is perfect for her. It's still short, but not too short.
