Alright lemme ask this since I'm curious, how reliable is that Tenso place? Cause I've heard some people say that it's crap.

I just use FromJapan, which is cheaper and friendlier overall. I've used it well over 50+ times.

Tenso is a simple shipping relay, however, while FromJapan pushes you to actually buy though their site. That can cause its own problems.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but Tenso lowered their handling fees and added cheaper shipping options.
