S/mileage's new name is ANGERME, 3rd gen members announced

Murota: Began as Hello! Pro Kenshuusei on 1st March 2012.
Sasaki: Began as Hello! Pro Kenshuusei on 1st March 2013.
AIkawa: Began as Hello! Pro Kenshuusei on 1st April 2014.

According to the Oricon report, Wada said that when they told 3rd gen that they were going to join, they all cried they were so happy.
Murotan said she was extremely happy, Maho said she had always wanted to join S/mileage, and Rikako said that she wants to aim for the top with this line-up.

Takechan still wins as far as TV presence. She needs to do more of it and that'll secure her through the line shafting and back row pushing in singles. If Zukki can do it, so can she.

Hmmm about the name... I like SMILE+ but I'm not very convinced for now, it sounds a bit plain
Also, the fcat that it includes the word "smile" makes it kind of not-innovative. Still not sure how they want to focus the name change over the group but if it's going for a "fresh new start" then the name should be completely different too, if not it just won't work that well. And also it has to keep the same concept of Young and Energic with the age of smile concept withouth necessary naming it, and somehow I think a simple word play like "EnerGenkic" wouldn't be the best best choice either Hmmmm, difficult.
