In terms of Ai wa VS Futsuu, Ai wa wins for song, but Futsuu wins for MV.

...But yes, the dance is awesome

I can't wait for the 2nd half of this MV, though!

...And did anyone else notice when Chinami says the "Ai wa Ai wa yobikomu", the MV puts a view of her that you can't see her face at all...
Why do they keep using shots that you can't see the person's face?

The closeup background could have been better, and the light could have too. The MV felt reallly empty to me, Futsuu definately has the best MV. But Ai wa's is pretty good in my opinion, too.

I agree. The lights are amazing and all the shadow-plays too, but in terms of presentation there's something lacking.They could have done better, background is empty.
I'm with @Giraffe, I love the song but I like better Futsuu's MV.

I agree... There is something missing... it's empty. I think it could be because there is only a dance shot and a closeup shot, and they barely use the closeup shot... So it feels very much like a dance shot... Also, it's black outfits on black background on dark lighting... That can make it feel empty. Like, there's no scenery or anything to catch the eye... Could that make it feel empty?

I just noticed that the MV uses the member colors.
This is the first time since WANT! that they used member colors, right?

AH! You are right! c: I totally forgot about that, I've watched that MV maybe twice...

Either way, I like when they put the member colors very subtly into mv's. It's a nice little touch to the otherwise empty mv. c:
(which, I gotta say, IDK how it's possible, but berryz can pull off the "empty set" look.)

Maybe it's just my mood when viewing, but both videos seem so boring this time around. I don't particularly care for either of them, though if I had to pick one over the other it would easily be "Ai wa Itsumo..". It's just unfortunate that they didn't expand with that lighting and the shadows idea. The dances weren't enough to keep me interested during either, even with both having a few camera moments that I enjoyed.

I like both songs this time though, so thumbs up on that end.
