^The other way around, I think... it's because she took an MM audition in the past she is now accepted into Kenshuusei. Not that it rules her out for auditioning again or anything though, quite the opposite it seems *shrugs

Remember Fukuhime was not in the final stage of the audition but Tsunku used his "Idol Master" powers and made her a member of the 9th gen. It could happen again.

This is the first time I heard that Rikako was in any Momusu audition. Tsunku or Rikako never brought it up on Tsuntube.

she's gonna have to stand on her own merits later on eventually and it might become a burden for her if she doesn't live up to the expectations.

Personality-wise she already pwns Acchan, and she's apparently good at dancing so she'll pwn them at that too. With the right practice, which I guess she'll get now in H!P, she'll get damn good at singing too.
If UF play their PR-cards right she'll be able to stand on her own just fine. The sad thing only is that, cause Acchan and Yuuko are superfamous already they're automatically "amazing" and so even if Rikako outshines them in singing or dancing, the media will never say "She's better than AKB" but only go "Ooooooooooh".
It's all up to the fans and all in the long run.
