It honestly looks like she stripped her hair of color to get ready for a new color (Very common when you dye your hair often), I don't think that's going to be the final color. There's no highlighting or anything, it's just stripped.

…I was the real person! lol
Since I was happy that instead of her telling me that “You’re a girl from Berryz Kobo” she knew my name too, I told her properly that I’m the real thing!
I’m happy she talked to me!
