Relative to the rest of the idol industry, yes. Notice that I didn't flatly say "H!P is a tasteful and wholesome operation." Nothing that involves putting underage girls in front of shouting, middle-aged men could ever be entirely wholesome, could it?

It's true, when it comes to Idols, H!P is relatively harmless. It's why I'm here and why I generally don't get into the idol thing outside of it. I don't think the way Japan treats it's young idols is right, just because it happens doesn't make it okay, so I appreciate H!P for having the sense to "hold back" as it were. I have come to understand that Japan generally wants it's idols young, it generally wants it's Talent young,and young in Japan means "13" not "17" like most places, but I feel the idol industry needs a lot more regulation then it does. It's basically exploiting little girls. H!P generally doesn't try to be exploitative, it plays the idol game but it tries to be a bit more classy.*

*I'm not saying that no other idol group or solo idol is classy either. For instance, I don't think Momoiro Clover have done anything low brow beyond the ice cream video.

The cosplay is awesome! Dawa is cosplaying the new girl from the movies, right? Maaya Sakamoto's character? I forget her name but I remember she's got glasses.

Mari Illustrious Makinami from the Rebuild movie series.
Reina as Asuka and Dawa as Mari is a pretty damn good choice there, but Momoko as Rei is so messed up i can't even
...then again it might explain a few things like why momochi exists

Imo, Riho should be Rei.
But my first choice would be Yuuka if she was still arround.

Maybe this will give Momoko a chance to show her acting ability and allow her to differentiate herself from Momochi. However, someone should tell her that Rei never smiles.

My first choice for Rei would be Ikuta, then Kamei or Yuukarin.
Eripon looks the best when she's being intense and doesn't smile imho

Don't know much about Mari since I have not seen the Rebuild version.

I think Momo fits Rei nicely. She does kinda share some personality characteristics. For one she is kinda a loner

Well Momo isn't smiling in that shot. Thats how Rei normally looks, Momo got it right.

I agree with the others who said Yuukarin would be a better Rei

I dont know why they dont do pbs for the high schoolers instead of the kiddies

High schoolers have too much "sex" appeal... so H!P has stopped or decreased their PB releasees. Hence Risako currently is not releasing any PB like she used to. Airi is still releasing PBs because she isn't Risako
The general idea of idols is not about being sexy, its about being cute. Problem is that some people get it mixed up.

But then there are members who are already in their 20's. So if they are comfortable with it I guess they will ask for a PB and H!P will comply. Chinami for instance. Her PB is really hot If they are not comfortable, as in Miya's case, they don't do PBs
