I dowloaded the bijin tenki application for iPhone and couldn't find any H!P members. Are the bijins rotating (so H!P members are no more there) or am I just blind ?

It says 初紅白出埸 or "First Kouhaku Pitch/Boundary/Border(?)"

It's 出場, not 出埸. And it means "appearance" or "performance".
