Tsunku is very well aware of how important it is to be able to speak English and the way it helps with your singing in general - so I wouldn't be surprised if his kids attend and international school and has done so since nursery, so. I'm honestly not surprised lol

I wonder if she got training from UF. The most recent blog entries from Kobushi and Tsubaki talk about having regular English song lessons.

The rumor is that her name is Mizuho, reading backward ho-zu-mi, i.e. Hotzmic, and she has been going to an international school since kindergarten. She has a very good sense of rhythm and tune. Clearly, she inherited some of his traits.

It could just be a rumor still. Either way if Tsunku himself doesn't want to make any comment on it, than it's probably best to leave it be. She is appearing under an alias, her face has been shadowed, her identity isn't meant to be known.
She also did her interview in English with an interpreter it seems, so they are creating the image at least of a girl who can only speak English.
I say let her stay anonymous, she's only 6 years old.
