I think C-ute's YT stream was impossible for us to tell because YT didn't show a view count. On Ustream they were at 8000 or 9000 by the end, I think?
Apparently NicoNico has a larger Japanese userbase (and maybe it's easier to make dupe accounts for wota to skew the results :heh: ).

I believe shuheimiyachi once said there were about 90k people watching. Not sure how believable/accurate that was, though. :o

It should be accurate since it's their manager afterall, why would they lie about it?
But if it's really true then YouTube seems the best of the best for streaming of concerts since it doesn't require an account like Nico Nico and is much better in quality than Ustream...

But since every recent H!P event has been streamed on Nico Nico, it may be more easy-access for Japanese fans and that's why they're going with it.

矢島舞美のブログで昨日のYouTubeライブストリーミングを視聴された方の延べ人数をざっくり9万人としてますが、正確には93,144人でした。 #c_ute
93,144, shuheimiyachi says.

^ I wouldn't say lie. Maybe, just maybe, they saw the comments number, had a brain fart and thought it was the view counts. :hehe:
Most likely true though, beside being easier to watch, the YT streaming was well advertised and also reported in a few news website before the date.

^ Ah, thanks..

Though YT views are also easier for fans to bump up. Since there isn't an account necessary, all wota need to do is open the stream on every computer in sight. Hell, if they open it on a computer for 5 mins, close it, and then open it on that computer again, does that count as two views?
I love C-ute, but those numbers are very obviously padded.

Yeah, there's that too. Unless they count unique IP (or unique view w/e), it's easy to 'made' that result. :grinning:
