I can't tell if people genuinely don't like the Hatsukoi Cider PV or if it's losing because enough people made a mistake and voted for their favorite instead of least favorite.

It's weird because I think it's objectively one of the best PVs from last year.

I'm not sure if anything you say is objective as your opinions are generally really closely tied to your tastes (more so than other people). but I don't totally disagree with you, I think Hatsukoi Cider has a really good PV, particularly among this group of options.

if it is genuinely being voted on the bottom, I'm gonna go ahead and say its mainly because of the outfits. just imagine that same PV with Kanashiki Heaven outfits.. people would be calling it best PV of the year. and it is neither the best PV of the year nor is it the worst of this bunch.. it's just the outfits (and song) leave such a large impression that everything doesn't seem to factor as much.

edit: forgot choreography. every PV that doesn't have choreography seems to be less memorable.. we've just been conditioned to "need" choreography from H!P PV's, though granted the bare-bones nature of their PV styles does tend to require choreography to liven it up.

That might be true since I think the outfits are great And overall I think the simplicity and the effects worked very well. People tend to praise the PVs that don't look H!P-ish, so I thought this would be a favorite. Maybe it's the low budget

I think Hatsukoi Cider was the unfortunate PV that got all the votes when it didn't mean too. I'm sure some people voted it as awful but you know.
