There are a lot of moving parts to this. Ordering shirts on an at-will basis, one-at-a-time would allow for members to choose a custom color for their shirt, but will result in shirts overall being more expensive. On the other hand, if 10 or more of us can agree to one shirt color, we can get a first run of shirts done at an appreciably lower price.
After doing some investigating, I've come up with two options:
1. 3-color silk-screened JPlop logo* on an Indigo Blue Gildan Ultra T-Shirt
If we order at least 10, it's $18.69 per shirt (plus shipping from my house to yours--if in the USA probably ~$2.50 for first class, if outside the USA, more). If somehow we want 20 or more of them, the price plummets even further, to $13.31 each (though I do not see this happening--we're a small forum).
2. 3-color silk-screened JPlop logo on whichever of these Gildan Ultra T-Shirt colors you want

(I believe this basically includes all member colors.)
These would all be available for order as one-offs, at a slightly higher $24.50 per shirt.
