Because it's so sudden... at this point Mizuki's true feeling is that I don't even know what I should say right now.

The current Morning Musume is what it is because of Michishige-san who keep pulling us forward.
If Michishige-san goes away... no, even when Michishige-san is gone I have to be able to do that too, in my head I always thought about that.

But I just can the right words even though I've always admired Michishige-san and how cool she is, how she could always nicely put her thoughts into words...

For Mizuki and everyone in Morning Musume '14, Michishige-san's presence is a huge influence.

As a more recent fan(2009), I can say when I first got to know the group Sayu was annoying. This is even though I liked Rika and Eri. I had the same problem with her that i had with Sayashi last year. I didn't understand why she and koharu got lines that could have gone to other girls. But through Hello Morning and some of the tv shows it was easy to see that she would be a great leader. I think Sayu was the one that started the whole blogging thing. I don't know how long UF wouldve taken to get those up without her. After EJL graduated you could see a notable difference in her demeanor. She seemed more group focused than self and you could see it.

Boy I'm really curious about where Momusu will go from here. Even though a while back I called for the group to be just the kids, the kids + Sayumi dynamic brought them to the success they have now.

We are about to find out what the girls are really made of. Cause sales wise they've seem to have leveled off. Can they hold on to that? Or bring it to higher places or will it drop? Also is making it to Kouhaku now more important than ever? I mean goodness, the group isn't gonna magically die off without Sayumi but I've been wondering before this announcement where do the sales and popularity go from here. I'm now even more curious.

I feel cold.... but oddly relieved as well.
Now that the worst has come to pass, I hope I'll wake up tomorrow with none of the anxiety and apprehension from it anymore and could fully, enthusiastically enjoy what's left of her time in MM. I'll always support her no matter what

I’m calm. As a fan, this will be the 13th member to graduate for me, who would of ever thought?
The 10-nin of 2006 plus Aika, Lin, & Jun. I was first worried when Hitomi graduated.
Morning Musume, a national treasure of Japan, has always proven to be bigger than any
one girl so I’m not worried this time. I’m more worried for Tsunku. I always loved Sayumi

I didn't think I would be sad about this, but I actually feel quite sad. I'm going to miss her presence a lot. Once she's gone, there won't be any members who have been involved in the show that got me into H!P. She's the last Hamtaro connection, lol.

On the bright side, unlike the rest of the group, she's been there before.
