It's late here so I won't bother summarising the whole thing (since I'll probably be wrong), but he says they're both cool, danceable songs. Ai no Joke is the sort of song that gets you pumped up at a concert and is about wanting to be loved and has whispering in it. Ai no Gundan has an intro with effects which are apparently done by Sayu's voice and the "sample voice" (Tsunku's?).

The Ai no Joke dance has an homage to High School Lullaby and Ai no Gundan's dance intro is done in slow motion.
