I liked it a lot at first but I'm not so sure anymore. I guess it's in a similar boat as CHA CHA SING for me.

Well, sadly MM is always under severe scrutinity, so I just got used to all the complaining
Sometimes it's valid of course, but usually it's done just for the sake of complaining, it's expected

I don't think anyone was criticizing Sakura herself there, since it's most likely not up to her whether she wants to sing live. It was more that we were disappointed they didn't let her sing that line live, despite her singing ability and how that line is one of the highlights of the song.
Anyway, the Asian Celebration performance clip was decent. I mean, for idols singing live, definitely decent. The verses have very difficult lines that will surely be more polished in the recorded version (and maybe their future performances as well).
