It's like... the beginning of a new era. Excitinggggg!

I have to agree with that.. It's a great loss but it will be good for Morning Musume to step forward!
On the other hand, I'm kind of sad to see that Aika won't participate since it was a good promotion for her, but can't wait to see Gaki with Fuku and Zukki on stage (they both seem to have main roles since they are in the front right after Gaki and Reina)

Suzuki is working hard with taking the rythm.
There are no lies in Ikuta's smile (anymore).
Sayashi is doing her stretching properly and getting back on track.
Fukumura is having her prime time bodywise. If she'd lose any more weight it'd be as though who she is would disappear.
Michishige is stable on her MCs but her singing has improved (again).
Tanaka's singing too suddenly improved a lot. Her rythm, power spring, sensuality, and being able to take any pitch, she's top class within Hello!. 2-3 years ago she'd be quite sharp around the edges, but these days she can go nicely about things.
And Niigaki, she's suddenly gotten a much better sense of rythm too. Her dancing is a given, but I mean for singing. Before she would hold notes a little, so songs would be some milli-seconds longer, but these days she's super sharp.
And Takahashi, with this being her final stage, she's going seriously from rehearsals. She's not saying much, but somehow she's watching the members differently than from before. It's a weird feeling. On purpose, I said "Just a month huh..." around her just to see her reaction, but she's really serious about not wanting to leave anything behind before she's leaving.

Mitsui's still in recovery, but she's sending cheerful mails. She's working hard in her own way, don't worry.
