Shimamura Uta has left Country Girls and Hello! Project as of 6/12

Definitely a loss, but I completely agree with ^^, there's a lot to trade off. Thinking what Airi said in a recent interview, something along the lines of "we (C-ute members) spend more time with each other than with our families", and I thought about just how big a sacrifice that is, alone.

I hope for the best for both Uta and CG in their separate journeys. Though, it does make me wonder that, when Momoko leaves, if there's going to be a 2nd gen for CG, just cause 4 members doesn't seem like it's enough to be a complete group. I mean, 1st gen S/m pulled it off, but iirc they were all Eggs for about 5 years before forming the group, and this 4 nin would only have 2 KSS' who didn't really stay that long in the program. But, I guess it's a little too soon to be worrying about that.

See, now something like this is certainly more of a shock (and will probably go down in h!p history as a major event) than a graduation announcement by Sayu or Berryz, you know what I mean? xD Something about this, it just feels so... un-natural. Like, Sayu graduation announcement was seen from a mile, even though unexpected still, and same with Berryz, but at least it made sense. This, just doesn't have that same comfort.
I hope she at least blogs one last time, or gives one final message. ;-;

I accept this, but I am filled with much sadness. Country Girls will move on and I will support them but it will not be the same. However, I know there is nothing I can do so I just feel upset at the situation and not at anyone in particular.

^ Well, wota actually think that that is Uta singing, leaving a message for us. Some tweeted that video saying it is a message from Uta to her fans. They tracked down the guy and the uploader's twitter accounts and found a guy with the same last name as Uta, believed to be Uta's uncle (off course can be fake). The voice is pretty similar to her, and she did write in the past that she is good with a ballad song with falsetto voice. I would not mind if this is true. No, I wish that this is her. The song is Garnet by Oku Hanako.
