Angerme - Manner Mode MV (Promotion Edit short version)


A Promotion Edit short version. Ok that makes sense. Its the same as Hello! Station Edit. Give me the whole thing dammit. I didn't wait a whole week for a short version again.

The version on Station was kind of bothersome and I was hoping a full version would save the video for me. So far I find this release questionable at best. I'm not going to spend any time re-watching the same 1 minute clip. With Fiesta and now this (albeit both non-standard release types), I hope this isn't going to become a pattern.

I don't find it surprising that we're getting short versions, since they are focused on selling the MVs this time around.

The smarter thing to do would be to upload the videos in full, either in 360 or 480p again and have the blu-ray single as an alternative. Only uploading short versions just encourages illegal distribution of the full video and HP probably aren't bothered to actively block unofficial uploads.

After seeing the title on that video, I just figured out that "manner mode" is the Japanese term for silent mode on a phone — as in, it's good manners to silence your phone. And that's why the video is all about phones. Duh.
