Also, I see many of you are women. Females tend to appreciate "mature" beauty, while regarding males is the opposite, who want signs of youthfulness like smooth skin or baby-like faces. (All this is from a study paper btw, not my ideas)

Citation, please. That may be true of certain groups of young males (read "punk-ass boys who only think with their genitals"), but it certainly is not true of most men.

As if somehow having a physically perfect body doesn't really "count" in terms of beauty or is an unfair consideration? Not really seeing the point here.

I wasn't clear, I meant facial beauty. That was my point when I tried to isolate faces, that's why I think Rika is hotter, taken into account the whole body, while I believe Ayaka has a much prettier face.

Everybody may have different standards on beauty and attractiveness, so it's fine we're expressing our points of view. Nobody is obliged to agree.

well about it...I just showed my (guy) 18-years-old cousin a head shot of both Rika and Ayako. While he thinks Rika is gorgoues he found Ayako too childish and a bit of ugly (her yaeba didn't impress him at all)...

in the end it becomes about the different tastes of different people I think ^^

Since we are comparing, I'll chime in too. Rika is gorgeous and Dawa while pretty can't compare.

Although to be honest, I don't see what people see in Dawa at all. If we're talking about current H!P members, I wouldn't put her near the top of the prettiness rank or anything. Not that I consider any of them ugly, of course, so it's not like I'm saying she's not pretty at all.

To me, Rika is naturally very pretty that sometimes it doesn't stand out and I don't notice that she looks remarkably prettier in some pictures over others. Mizuki is the same.

Many members like Aika went from not-so-attractive to very pretty nowadays, so I'd notice their prettiness more. (Although Erina was pretty from day 1 and I still notice her adorableness in every picture )

...if that made sense at all.
