Darc, i think they count pre-order no matter what. its doesnt matter when it ships out to you.

I've actually been meaning to write and ask them about that. Realistically, why should it count towards the Oricon charts? You haven't paid for the CD yet, you could easily cancel your order before it ships, leaving the Oricon chart inaccurate [if sales were counted independent of payment].

To me it only makes sense if you pre-paid and are unable of cancelling your order. I don't know about YesAsia, but both CDjapan and HMV don't do this. You can pre-pay at CDJapan with PayPal, but even then you can cancel your order whenever you want.
