They really didn't invite any of the usual presses for this announcement, huh? That and how she chose to tell the members personally the night before and deciding on her hometown as the place to make the announcement... somehow it all seems so intimate and sentimental.
She really is something else, no one else will ever be in her league for me
I'm still processing this. I wasn't this full of... well.. feels for Reina's graduation (I think the fact that she'd be going onto the band really helped that). I've decided (barring any misfortunes) I'll definitely be going. Gonna start putting aside money and will see if some old friends will put me up.
I wonder if we'll get her for two more singles or if they'll only put out one more this year... hopefully they'll be two, but I remember the gap between Wagamama and Egao
I'd say two more. Normally maybe just one, but since she IS graduating... I really hope that it'll turn out this way. One in August/September, and then once she leaves November/December. And after that in February/March/April will be the first one with 12th gen.
^No matter what her last single would be like, at the very least I'll count my blessings that Sayu was able to participate in the greatness that is Tokisora. Will definitely hunt down the event v for her solo version.
brb watching Tokisora pv and putting it in a loop until the tears dry T T

From the wota report it seems Sayu also sent her a mail last night telling her about it. Mikitty also mentioned that Sayu hasn't decided on any plans for after her graduation but she said she'll definitely come along just fine because she's an intelligent girl.
Maybe there's hope she'll continue as a talent post-musume after all, either way all the best for her. And can I just reiterate one more time just how thoughtful she is mailing the OGs personally about every happy milestone and big announcements like this? I've sorta taken her making it a habit since she became leader for granted but it's really kinda amazing. I hope the future leaders would continue the tradition too.
I can't say we didn't see it coming but I can't help but be extremely sad about it. Sayu has given so much to Momusu, specially in her leadership days, that it seems unreal to imagine the group without her, even though I'm sure she teached the younger ones a lot of things.
They'll do great, I'm sure, and those few months left with her will be amazing, let's look forward to that
