Looks like they are letting loose the hair rules for Morning Musume. If Mizuki can get a hair cut and Yokoyama can go blonde, then anyone who is not attending high school can do it. I wonder if this has to do with the new manager Eripon talked about.

First, she had extensions for sure because it looked unnatural and there is no way it couldn't have grown that fast when she had short hair a week before that. She wore the extensions to probably hide how long her real hair was growing. Now she finally took them off and it looks natural.
