Pretty sure they're sold out though . And the 12cms come with a remix/live version/unreleased version of the a-side.

But all the LTD and FP CDs I have bought haven't been expensive
I think the most expensive has been ALL SINGLES COMPLETE LTD (Jap. Ver.) and that was only $25 lol
And there all in perfect condition too

Actually, the 8 cm Morning Musume singles aren't difficult to find at low prices on the second-hand market, with the exception of "Ai no Tane". You can expect to pay good money for that one; the cheapest second-hand copies currently for sale on amazon.co.jp are ¥2168 (+ ¥800 for shipping to North America), so a grand total of about US $40.

Y!A has several listings for it at ~1000yen... or then there's this guy, auctioning both editions as a set starting at 500yen.
