Eastern diamondback! We usually only see black racers or pygmy rattlers, so this is really interesting for us. 
People keep asking him if he killed it, so I'm gonna note that the snake was not harmed in any way! It crossed the road and went on its way.

It looked kind of like a diamondback. It's good that it went on its way without any trouble! I know that rattlesnakes basically just want to be left alone (but it's not always easy for them or us).

The green dots on this Google Earth represent a radio station anywhere in the world. Click on any one of the dots and you will immediately listen to that station with very good sound.

He was like that when I came along and still posing after I left. Must be Spring. In the picture it looks like a female duck is watching. I didn't notice her until I saw the picture.
