Explained by Nouciel at H!O:
"Our agency is (called) "Up-Front". We combined the initials of Up-Front (UF), and 'zs' from the hangeul writing of jishin (from Josei Jishin), and formed 'UFZS' (pronunced as an acronym: U.F.Z.S.)."

[Jishin in hangeul would be 지신.ㅈ (the consonant in 지) and じ (and therefore others like じゅ or じゃ) are the same sound, and it's romanized either as 'j' or 'z'. I hope I explained that clearly... >_>]
