There is a huge difference between the feeling of Berryz's 10th Anniversary Single song (Futsuu) and C-ute's (Gamusha). I am going to take this to mean that everyone's planning on C-ute to be going on for quite a bit longer. They still seem to be climbing in their careers, haven't hit the plateau yet.

also Futsuu was produced by Tsunku, everything about GamushaLife was directed by Shock Eye.

Middle Management gives off more the Futsuu vibe. It really rang true when Mai sang her line about being the youngest and now she isn't. It's crazy to think it since she was only 6 when she joined H!P and now she's almost nearing 20!

Shock Eye is such a good guy, from twitter and 910%:
Producer of Gamusya-Life tweeted last night.
The MV of GamusyaLife is open to the public last night. (^^)
I concerned with the lyrics melody and arrangement of the song.
When I see the MV for the first time, I was really moved.
I was impressed again with the power of their expressions and the fruits after their efforts.
I appreciate that they gave me the chance though I haven't producer many singers yet.

Middle Management is certainly not the song about their 10th year anniversary, though, it's more of just a character. C-ute are certainly not the middle management of H!P, but they're getting to that age group where they can start singing as a character of that age range (mid 20s). I think that's more what Tsunku was taking advantage of and writing for. The lyrics to Gamusha, plus ALL the members' names being graffiti-ed make C-ute's Futsuu.
As for it being produced by Shock Eye instead of Tsunku, I feel like that is also something to take notice of. If Tsunku felt like C-ute would be ready to graduate soon as well, I think he would have written the lyrics the 10th Anniversary song, rather than for a song like Middle Management.
Futsuu had such a feeling of the girls focusing a lot on the past, while Gamusha is more like a song full of potential of things to come. As Tsunku writes songs like that with the girls in mind, I would like to think if he had written it it would be the same.
