I love both A & B, but I reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy wish they would stop writing her name as "You".

It is. Or rather, just how they chose to romanize her name when performing. It's common over there after all. Some do U, some do Yu and some do You or Yuu. For anyone who's not a native English speaker it's probably not as annoying? I mean, I speak the language but it doesn't bother me the slightest lol.

Japanese romanisation is weird. I've seen U-ka for Yuuka, amongst others.

It just looks like it's pronounced "Yo-" rather than "Yu-", but I suppose no one is really called "Yo-".

Yeah, it looks like よう versus ゆう. But I stick to calling her "Kikka" to avoid that

The Japanese way of actually saying よう is no way near "You" though. So they're obviously going for the English word "you" here. Since her name ゆう is pronounced similarly.
