They are pushing Uta - they need to push someone. But more so, they're pushing the three girls that had 0 fans before Country Girls. Uta, Chisaki and Mai all had more screentime than Manaka, Risa and Momoko. Manaka had more so than Risa, though but just barely.

Three girls went from unknown girls to joining a big agency that immediately (much thanks to their senior in the group) will be able to put them on TV and big stages. Momoko has fans, even Risa and Manaka have fans from before. These three girls didn't. So yes they'll be pushed a lot.
Manaka and Risa are most likely gonna have to take the backseat for a bit as well as the group stabilizes itself as a group.

I really love mentor-Momoko in this group though. Can't wait for DVD Magazines and more stuff. It'll be glorious.

Yeah I noticed this. While Uta got a lot of screen time Mai and Chisaki also got a ton of it. They showcased the girls brand new to this instead of the ones with a built in fanbase - which was smart.

They also kept in Uta getting super embarrassed after her talking line - UF* knows what they're doing... Cheeky bastards

Cute show for a cute group

Country Girls appeared right from the start. They all introduced themselves and teased Momochi a few times. Momochi had to run outside for abit to do an Ohasuta segment, while the 5 members in the studio, nervously watching the Ohasuta activities they do every morning. Momochi comes back to the studio to finish the segment. after, they go on standby to perform live. They did an amazing job.

that was so cute, and they're not that shy in front of the camera.

also with Country Girls, the "Country" aspect is that they make you think of "Hokkaido" and the girls that are there right? As in they're hardworking and work as a team. And this still applies to this group I guess since not all of Country Musume had girls from Hokkaido.
