Okay, maybe she DID get some plastic surgery done.
She looks cute in the first screencap though. The second one makes it look like something's been done.

She has become pretty ugly. Poor Konno, or maybe she was always unattractive and now w/o the airbrushing and such it is more apparent.

That was just a bad cap. 
She looks the same really - just with less light at one place.
I always was iffy about her voice though but it really only got worse now. =_= Not pleasant to listen to at all.

I think she looks really, really tired. And like she lost a little too much weight somewhere along the line.

Lol, that's not plastic surgery, just unflattering makeup. Anyway, go take a look at her old pics; she always had a kind of weird looking face.

I think she's wearing circle lenses now, which might be adding to the "weird look" you're all noticing.
Though I do agree she's looking quite thin. Check out her legs in the full-body shot.
Granted, I'm sure all this is quite stressful for her, too. I think we can all agree that being a TV Tokyo news anchor carries much more seriousness and weight than being a fruit ambassador or a sometimes stage actor.

i don't mind her voice, that's the way she's always talked just... deeper.
but all i see is her being nervous and wanting to get everything perfect, so she's not putting any personality in it at all and makes the breaks after speaking kinda awkward (as well as the lines that are supposed to be fun, like when she's talking to Naruto). @-@ i want the return of Ongaku Gatas to come so KonKon can go back to her element..
of course, she'll probably get better with more practice as she gets more comfortable with it, but i don't want a cute TV announcer. i want my performing Konchan!
