Nakamura Yoshiki, the guy who wrote Jōnetsu Ecstasy back when they were searching a write for the song that eventually became "Gamusha LIFE," did the arrangements for "Mahoutsukai Sally."

Producer SHOCK-EYE (Shounan no Kaze) and his writers want to create a new C-ute song especially made for their live concerts (They were at C-ute's Budokan concert!). They went backstage to see C-ute and discussed their ideas for a new song. C-ute suggested a new self-introduction song that brings out their personalities. (a JKM style song?). This puts pressure on the writers chosen. Tsunku will not be involved in this. #tvasahi #c_ute



next week, SHOCK-EYE narrows down the 8 writers to 4 candidates.

idk if it was pointed out but Gashin shoutan is a 4 kanji idiom (just like Taiki bansei) which means to go through thick and thin to get to one's goal and/or to endure unspeakable hardships to get vengeance.
Both this, and "Nana korobi ya oki" describe Smileage/Angerme very well. Nice stuff.

From the concert recordings I like Nana korobi ya oki the most, but they all are really nice. (*-*)

Finally! Even if it is two months away, I'm thrilled to just have some kind of single announcement again. I liked the "Sally" theme already, and it doesn't seem like they've gone crazy with it so I should still enjoy that one (and the dresses are cute). The other two seem interesting so far.

3rd gen really just bring so much to this group, its seriously a power up! Murota and Rikako are so charistmatic, fun, talented and charming.
Maho is such a cutie and she has so much potential.

I'm really looking forward to this single since their last single was really great.
