[4/03] C-ute 21st single : Crazy Kanzen na Otona

I think everyone can pull it off except for Chinami. I think Maasa can look quite sultry sometimes, like in the above photo. Although I suppose that's not really sexy. But I don't know if I'd call short shorts and body rolls sexy either. Hyuna is never sexy despite being sexy. Does that make sense? Imma go to bed.

I think the main problem that BK has in pulling off sexy is that even though all the individual members can be sexy by themselves they can't all be sexy doing the same gimmick because they are too diverse a group in terms of looks.

Hmm, there's something to be said for that issue. I mean, Chisato is one step removed from having MaeKen in C-ute, but even so, she doesn't detract from the sexiness of the entire ensemble because her height makes her unobtrusive.

Chisato can be sexy too, like in the Kanashiki Heaven PV.

She doesn't have the typical pretty Asian girl face, so styling has a huge effect on her (unlike Airi, Maimi, and Sayu that are naturally really pretty and photogenic), but Chisato has a nice enough body that helps a lot as well.


By the way, getting back to the song, despite having said that Crazy Kanzen na Otona sounds kind of plain, it's been in my head a lot lately.

I love Chisato's look but she's always come across as more girl next door than super beautiful. Like the hot girl you know who lives on your street than a Hollywood starlet.

As for Chisato, I had noticed that too around the Kanashiki Heaven era and it bothered me too but I noticed that her weight seems to have went back down in the Crazy Kanzen PV so that's good. I was worried. She looks better now.

Okay, here it comes It shouldn't be much of surprise, but it's the complete opposite here. She stands out from the group in a big way and she's very attractive despite not looking like a role model girls aspire to be. By that I mean the safe look that attracts a larger audience. Maimi and Airi are both these 'perfect' models, it has become expected of them to the point of being a bit boring sometimes. Though take that very slightly because they're still gorgeous girls and especially Airi knows how to work on those expressions. C-ute girls in general are very well rounded and attractive looking group

Crazy Kanzen na Otona sounds addictive, I love it. The PV is solid but not amazing, nor is it bad. It's good and basic. They probably could have done more with it but the girls did well.

That's now 3 singles being awesome in a row. I really hope their next album is going to have good songs, good covers and interesting DVD content. I'm hoping to get it. Also I'm crazy anticipating MM's next album too, it's going to have WTAC, Help Me, Brainstorming and the other A side (?)
