^^
If only my work PC would permit me to download flash.
And see, I'd buy the Murotan & Kako standing out being deliberate thing, if this song wasn't 95% chorus lol, and if it was Kako instead of Ayacho getting a solo line. I don't think she's dancing haphazardly at all either, she hits the choreo perfectly, just in a very big and distracting way lol. And in comparison to the rest of the group, its nagl. I'm not at all in disagreement about them all amping it up for their re-debut, because I mean it's their re-debut, they need to put their best foot forward! It's just that they need a bit more polishing and unity, because right now it's not a unified
S/AngelArms, but instead
Rikako and Her Backdancers + That girl who looks lost all the time. But only time and more teaching will do that, so for now this ain't so bad seeing as it was only the 1st of the month, and their first time performing Taiki Bansei live together lol.
Also looking again, the shoddy camera work adds to the disjointed-ness of it all lol.

For me, ANGERME is MuroKako feat. Ayacho and some backdancers.

With a group this size it's completely normal that the majority of the groups is going to appear like they're just in the background. But from the performance video I actually think many of the girls do stand out or at least have their moments somewhere in the performance. I think H!P has been good with that in the recent years.
Also they need to promote the new girls.

RYou know the energetic dancing is why I always loved ANGERME so now I love it even more. I don't think it's wrong for then to stand out like this at all. When Rikako, Murotan, and Ayaka had the stage together, that was magic. 6/9 were dancing with all their might. (Kanon didn't get the camera on her as much, but I noticed a lot of energy coming from her as well). So I think instead of telling them to tone it down, I think the other's should bring it up. Especially in a song like this that calls for that.

Yes Ayacho is especially really really going for it as well, so follow the leader! Maho has a lot of catching up to do but she looked better in later performances, and it's all relative for Rina that was a super high energy release.

I think that it is an unwritten rule in H!P that when a new generation comes in it is the previous generation's duty to "get them over" with the fans. I think that Gen 9 busted their butts to make gen 10 look good, and in the same way I think that Gen 2 ANGERME will do whatever it takes to make Gen 3 stand out.

I don't think it works like that. The girls keep saying they need to step their game up when new members join to be good sempai so they can't be under-performing on purpose.

I think it's just blatantly obvious that Rikako and Murotan are better singers and dancers than most of gen 2... Nothing to do with "unwritten rules of H!P" xD

Yea this ain't about old blood getting new blood over. Cause trust me, Momusu ain't gonna down that way. 12th gen will fit in where they can. Rikako and Murotan were brought in to up the level of ability this group has. This group has A LOT of fodder. And even though Dawa, Kanyon, are decent, to use more wrestling terminology, they're upper mid card. This group needed and have brought in main eventers.
