Ah man watching the full segment like this, even though there's still some cold feeling on my spine left and I really wanted to cry...
I realize I've somewhat taken it for granted how hard the pressure for her must be like all this time and after seeing her persevere, overcome and thrive despite of it for so long up until now. Come to think about... at almost every promotion cycle since she became leader, at least once she had to take time off due to her poor conditions.
If after carefully considering everything Sayu felt this is the right timing then I'm all for it, however hard it is to swallow.

More than anything else it makes me want to keep supporting her even more. She deserves to have some relief, to feel at ease again after all her contributions.
Have some rest and take it easy Sayu, you can leave it to your kouhais and the fans now to keep supporting this group you love so much. And please have a happy, fruitful, blessed life from hereon after too ＼（Ｔ∇Ｔ）／
