Lol, I was gonna post almost exactly the same thing.

With the caveat that plain old Noah is as hugely popular in Hawaii as everywhere else in the US, meaning that even in Hawaii a little boy is more likely to be called "NoaH" than "Noa." Or for that matter, more than anything else. (Noah is the #1 most popular name there.)
