Yeah, must be it. The picture just keeps reminding me of these beauty shots my grandma had done in the 90's, the finished result was really similar in one of them (though with much more colorful clothing).

They photoshopped her chin to not be as long .

Gah, I knew something was off about her photo. I can't stop un-noticing the chin now!! It's kinda badly done. xD You can clearly see where they used the liquify/smudge tool....

You guys are just being silly now. They didn't shop her chin length, that would be way beyond UF skill level. If you've taken portrait photos, you know that sometimes the neck taken in stark lighting can make you look really old, or the person might have pimples or some other unattractive features. I would guess they just over-smoothed it to hide the age lines or whatever skin damage.
