This concert seems amazing, I wish they could do 2 DVDs one for the last concert with the graduation and one for this evening with the Gokkies and 10th gen announcement!

Those outfits are the Kare to Isshou concert outfits (similar to PV, but no pants. Pretty adorable). The caption says they're performing LOVE Machine, though it also says that there are 5 new members.
