I've got a t-shirt place all set up. There were some complications involved: after looking closely into the specifics of all of these sites, it turns out that nowhere does one-off silk-screening. Many places make it seem as though they do without outright saying that they don't during the ordering process, but when you read their FAQ it's apparent that there are minimums to do silk screenings, and that otherwise it'll be digital printing. That makes sense, given that a physical silk screen has to be created for each color you're wanting to use, which just doesn't make sense monetarily if you're only getting one shirt.
So, these links will actually lead to digitally printed logos. This place (and their sister company, Traxler Custom Printing), offers a ton of colors in the Gildan Ultra Tshirt and it gets really good reviews, so fingers crossed. If you want to wait to see the results before ordering, I'll be receiving my shirt in couple of weeks, and I'll post here about it when it arrives!

They're $25 per shirt. If you get two or more of the same color logo, price decreases to $23 per shirt. It goes without saying that I'm making no commission on this.
